Charity speaking opportunity: Yes (Charity "Popcorn" -- each charity will get 30 seconds on stage with a microphone)

Speaking time limit: 30 seconds

Charity display opportunity: Yes, (Max: 50). 

Audio/visual displays allowed? Yes, but charity must bring own media (CD/DVD, etc.)

Additional instructions: Charities will be able to bring supplies and tables to inner Fighter Wing Gallery door of the museum to drop them off and pick-up, but will have to park in the main parking lot during the event.
